Registration fee: $175.

Last minute (after 10/30): $200

Seminary/college/university students: Free (but you do need to register)

 

Each registration fee includes entry to all plenary sessions and workshops, conference materials, refreshments at morning and afternoon breaks, Thursday dinner, and Friday lunch, dinner, and reception.
